• Relations structure-fonction dans les aldéhydes déshydrogénases : Etude structurale de la glycéraldéhyde-3-phosphate déshydrogénase de Bacillus stearothemophilus en complexe avec son cofacteur et son substrat ; Etude structurale de la méthylmalonate semialdéhyde déshydrogénase de Bacillus subtilis.
• Analyses structurales de mîmes peptidiques originaux et biologiquement intéressants.
• Effets de contraintes physiques sur la cristallisation des protéines : utilisation d'un champ électrique externe.
