If you have a bit more of time, Disk Union Kichijouji is wroth visiting. Although smaller than the all-classical store in Ochanomizu, it offers a large choice, often at more interesting prices.
To reach Kichijouji, take the JR Chuou (orange) line which starts from Tokyo station and stops at Kanda, Ochanomizu, Yotsuya, Shinjuku, Nakano, Ogikubo, and Kichijouji. The train cn be bound for Takao, Tachikawa, Ome etc. Be careful that not all trains stop at Kichijouji, the fastest ones go straight to the next station, Mitaka. On the platform you find the indications about the stops, in both Japanese and English.
Kichijouji store is a bit "hidden", so be careful not to get lost but follow the indications below.
